returns & exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items in new condition. items on sale are final and cannot be returned. please note customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges. to start a return or exchange please contact us through our contact page.

if i received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should i do?
if your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. fugitive is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier. if your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary. contact our customer service through the contact form on our website to receive assistance.

how long is shipping?
all orders are sent out within 1-5 days of purchase. please do not email or direct message asking about when your order will ship.

my package was stolen, damaged, or lost in transit, what can i do?                                                                                                                                                                             if your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to the postal carrier to file a dispute. we unfortunately have no control of the products after we have shipped them.
